If you need a flashlight that will make the pitch dark as bright as day, this is the flashlight for you! THIS THING IS AMAZEBALLS! It has 3 brightness levels, and I had it on the brightest setting - honestly, you probably don't need that much light most of the time, but when you do? This thing has you covered! I swear, I think you could signal passing aircraft with it. Should any of the lighthouses around here need a new light, I'll recommend this flashlight as a far cheaper replacement. Yes, it's THAT bright! It also has a strobe feature and an SOS feature. It can be used with AAA batteries (included) in a special holder it comes with, or a rechargeable battery (included) you recharge using the included USB charger cord. It also includes a tiny - very bright - keychain flashlight! I am *thrilled* with this purchase!

This is a great flashlight for the money ! It's a couple bucks more than some others , and I hope the extra couple bucks will be well worth it ! It's made of apparent high quality aluminum and very well designed and constructed . The led/emitter is a XHP70.2. I picked this model because it has a replaceable 26650 battery. It can be used with an 18650 battery and adapter tube , but that IS NOT included. I like the 4 , blue led power indicator lights. The zoom feature is nice , and for you officianatos out there , it shows a square led pattern at maximum zoom . My lanyard comes off right away, but if you like them , it has a very nice , adjustable lanyard. It comes with the flashlight, rechargeable 26650 battery, 3 AAA batteries , battery holder, battery adapter tube , USB a to USB c charging cable , pretty nice holster with a belt loop that unsnaps and has Velcro around the snap , an instruction pamphlet and carrying case/kit. I'm impressed ! It has the typical 5 function pushbutton. Yes , you have to cycle through all of them to turn it off. The USB input and output ports look to be of high quality, and the rubber cover over the ports seems molded well , and does it's job protecting the ports. It will also swivel to get out of the way while charging. I tried it out of the box , and the brightness and beam were great. The 4 battery indicator lights showed a full charge, but after playing with it for a couple minutes, the battery indicator was down to 2 of 4 LEDs lit. I attribute that to needing an initial charge and the false reading I probably got from the frozen package. Yes, it's cold here.

This flash light is one of the brightest ones I’ve ever bought and it came neatly packaged , and come with 3 AAA rechargeable batteries and one c type rechargeable battery.. it have 3 different brightness settings and a strobe and SOS pattern .. and it very useful and versatile and it also charge you phone on the flashlight itself .. and comes in a small carry box and sheath so you can store it in the car or carry it on you

I am able volunteer firefighter as well as operate a 24 hour emergency towing and roadside service business, and I absolutely need a dependable flashlight that can illuminate at great distances. I have been looking for a decent rechargeable flashlight that wouldn't break the bank. I just received the light this afternoon. Once I removed it from the package, I fully inspected the contents, it came with a really cool case, spare (standard) batteries plus the rechargeable battery. The size of the flashlight is perfect for me, it is actually pretty weighty, doesn't feel cheap at all. I immediately placed it on the charger to ensure it would be fully charged. Tonight once it got dark, I took it out and tested it out. The beam adjustments are smooth and function just the same as my other tactical flashlights. As for brightness/beam distance, this light is impressive and definitely out does my other tactical flashlights. On its highest setting, I can fully illuminate the trees at the back of my 30 acre property. The distance, for reference is easily 1000 yards. So far I am definitely happy with my purchase, and intend to buy a couple more for each of my trucks. I hope it will last the test of time, and I intend to update my review as time goes on. *Update: So, since making my initial review, I purchased eight more of these flashlights. I think these are absolutely awesome lights, overall. They are actually brighter than the "Police-style" A-pillar spot light on my truck. I have knocked a star off my original review, because out of fact that out of the nine flashlights I purchased, only two are still functioning. They all appear to have failed in the same exact way, I will be using the light, and suddenly everything goes dark. They still charge, still work as an emergency power bank, just stop producing light. This is very disappointing, and also puts me in a dangerous position, as being a Volunteer firefighter and doing Emergency Roadside Service provider, I use my lights in emergency situations. I plan to order replacement lights, but I am concerned that they will likely suffer the same failures as the previous lights.

This flashlight ROCKS! Initial charge takes about 2 hours. It is super bright and a bright white color. They send you the usb cord to be used in your universal charger. It’s very versatile because you can use the rechargeable battery or they give you an adapter for 3 aaa batteries that you can put in the body of the flashlight and run it that way. It’s super easy to use. To turn it off just hold button for a couple of seconds. If you want to advance to the next level of brightness or strobe or sos you just quickly click the button. I would say to use caution around kids. It’s NOT a toy. Don’t shine in others eyes or pets eyes and it’s so powerful that the front end gets hot after a few minutes. Very nice bright flashlight that will light up the yard. The front of the light slides forward or back for a more focused or a broader light. That’s a nice feature and design. Comes in a nice plastic case with all the accessories too.

I had to look pretty hard to find a flashlight that takes batteries or can be charged. All of the intensely bright flashlights seem to be charge only, so this is going to be a terrific Father's Day Gift. The light is amazing, when on full brightness you have three options, very bright, medium bright and low bright. It's easy to use, just zoom front piece in and out to zero in on smaller areas or expand to full coverage, which we use at night to ensure our yard is safe for our dog. Along with various brightness choices, there's a strobe if someone needs to find our camp site, and an SOS feature if trouble occurs. It comes in a case, is very sturdy and water won't harm it. In short, it's everything I want in a light and more. I'm very happy with this purchase!

I copied the pertinent data above directly from the product description to show that it has both battery-powered capability plus it can be recharged and run off the rechargeable battery. So you’ll have to try hard to ever find yourself without power with this flashlight. Also, it’s extremely bright! It’ll light up my entire backyard on the first setting. But there are also 3 less bright settings, for a total of 4 brightness settings. Plus it has 2 flashing beacons for emergency situations. It feels hefty in my hand. But not as heavy and cumbersome as some of those huge flashlights that used to be so popular. It comes with a perfect little case that holds the flashlight as well as the battery holder piece (for 3 AAA batteries (included in the purchase). It also has a holder to hook it onto your belt. The only downside is that if you want to be totally prepared and always have power, you need to carry the battery cell with you because the flashlight can’t hold BOTH the rechargeable battery AND the AAA battery cell at the same time. They must be switched out of the handle (which unscrews) in order to change between the two power sources (the rechargeable battery and the regular AAA batteries). But the entire kit is on sale right now and it’s basically a steal! I bought some for Xmas presents because this price can’t be beat.

EDIT: Im gonna downgrade the rating cause the rechargable battery stopped charging after 4 months still bright and a good flashlight but I just haft to buy batteries for it now. Would buy again it was fairly priced. It was super bright and when the power goes out or I'm in the woods it's nice to have. It's rechargeable which is a plus but also can run off of regular batteries which is nice to be interchangeable like that. It's durable and come with a carrying case. 9/10
