## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is this product from fresh eggs or is it reconstituted from egg white powder?**
A: Made from fresh eggs, and then pasteurised

**Q: Once opened and stored in the fridge, how many days do I have to use it within?**
A: Once opened refrigerate immediately and consume within 3 days.

**Q: Are they pasteurised? Can it be consumed uncooked?**
A: The eggs can be consumed uncooked. Lots of our customers use them in Protein shakes for example.

We use a double pasteurisation process and add a 100% natural preservative. The eggs are pasteurised in the bottle so, until opened, it can be stored for 6 months at room temperature.

**Q: are there any other ingredients inside apart of egg whites (preservatives, gum etc.)?**
A: Just looked at the label, it also contains malic acid and preservative nisin.
I find it to be a very good product.
