Very good for people with a high arch or plantar fasciitis.
Best insert for my shoes I have ever used. I have a very high arch and these inserts are extremely comfortable. I was so pleased to find them on Amazon at a better price.

Vionic arch support is the best
Vionic is my favorite footwear brand. I bought these inserts to put in a non vionic sneaker pair that i have. Truly changed the feel of my other sneakers with arch support and cushioning. I walked several hours without any pain. True to size and can be adjusted by cutting to match your exact size. For $30 you can now make any pair into a $150-200$ pair.

Works great in sneakers and boots
This is great for my sneakers that aren’t the Vionic brand. I use in boots as well. Great for me to have my heel cushioned and high arch.

Orthopedic insoles
These insoles were easy to trim and fit into my shoes. They really help support my feet

Yes!!!
Well, plantar fasciitis is by far one of the more painful discoveries of getting older that I’ve experienced yet. A few months of making my condition worse before having the diagnosis, and I was worried I did some very long-term damage. Luckily these inserts work PERFECTLY and are clearly designed by true orthopedic professionals. I’ve found that they work best in very flat shoes, otherwise your arches will be screaming at you instead of your heels/hips/knees. The price seemed steep, but hey you get what you pay for and these are top quality. They needed a small trim by the toes/tip. I ordered a medium and I’m a size 9. Hope this review helps you.

Not cheap, but worth it!
Ahh, nothing quite like developing plantar fasciitis. I didn't want to give up my beloved Skechers, but I needed some support. First I tried a gel pad from CVS--yuck--it just slipped & hurt. Then I tried a foot cover with a pad built in--it helped, but had to be washed each time it was worn, and it bunched up sometimes when wearing it.So...on to insoles. I got the Dr. Scholl's version, and they were helpful. Still, I had some pain as I went through the day. I knew Vionic's reputation, so I finally decided to get these.Well, there's no going back! I've purchased a 2nd pair so I can swap (they say you need to alternate wearing a shoe so it can "dry", so I figure it must be similar for these insoles. These are not inexpensive, but they really worked for me. I wear size 5 1/2 wide shoes, and I was able to pull out an insole from one of my regular shoes, then trim the tops of these to match. That worked really well. These are cushy, so you do need to be able to remove the old shoe insole. I tried wearing these on top of the glued-in insoles, but that was quite tight, so I didn't like it.Mostly, I think I'll be switching over to Vionic for most of my shoes now, but I appreciate having these insoles for those times when I want to wear other shoes.

Cheaply made and uncomfortable for this Vionic fan
Do not feel like Vionic’s comfort level at all.
