It's Barris!
This is a nice depiction of Barris Offee- a somewhat notorious character from The Clone Wars animated series. This is her very brief live action movie depiction and it's nice, but suffers from poor hip articulation. The pose you see in the thumbnail picture is all you're going to get- fortunately, her cloak acts almost like a stand for the figure and it's very stable. For the clearance price of $9, it was worth picking up.
