Eventide

This is my sixth book to read by the author, CindyMartinusen Coloma,and I have not been disappointedin any of them. As an author, she has such feelingfor the storyline and the characters. She has suchdepth, I feel like I'm reading about real people.Her descriptions are beautiful. I have written downin a notebook many phrases she has used to describethe character's feelings or the situation they may bein. Many great authors have famous lines from theirbooks. I have found those in Cindy's books. I havebeen truly inspired. She is an inspirational writer,her faith is evident in her books. That should notstop a person without Christian faith not to read herbooks. She has a great knowledge of the landscape ofEurope and northern California, her home. Her firstthree books are a trilogy connected only by an heir-loom brooch but you gain a great deal of knowledge ofthe World War II years that lead to the present day.She has co-authored a new book just coming out thatI am anxious to begin. I want to find her part ofthe book apart from her co-author.

It was good... but a little bit drawn out. The entire book kept referencing something that happened in the past on a particular day, but you didn't find out what it was until near the end. Otherwise, pretty good.
