Not sure if they are effective

I have joint pain in my knees which wakes me up at night. I thought I would give this ago, it works . No more waking up with knee pain. I was very doubtful that it would benefit me , I was wrong . I combine it with tumeric. It takes roughly 7 days to work .

These tablets changed from being caplets in a tub to being large, round and very dry tablets in a pouch. I found the original caplets easy to swallow but the new tablets stick in the back of my throat on a regular basis causing me to wretch and cough and often coughing the tablet back out into my mouth. The changes to this product mean that I will not order them again and have had to throw half of the existing order/batch away. A very disappointing change to this product!
