Works and fits the item fine

The red cover makes selecting the remote quicker and adds a dash of color--easier to locate the key chain. I hate that it cost almost as much as a new remote, but that's life.I've only had it for a few weeks, but durability looks promising.

The cover is easy to instal, and very protective, of the remote. The red color, I got, makes it easy to find. I strongly, recommend it.

I have the clone of the original Liftmaster remote the only problem with them are when you drop them the remoted break apart and scatters the parts of the remote. This solves that problem. This is such a useful cover I think they should come standard with the remotes. Its easy to put on and doesn't interfere with functioning. Highly recommended especially for clumsy people.

If I ever dropped my car keys the G.D.O fob would invariably break open requiring me to put it back together. This stopped that issue.

I ended up returning this product. I was planning to leave my remote in my car. I park indoors 90% of the time but I can tell that this product will quickly become sticky and gummy.The cover was already tacky and slimy feeling to begin with. It does however fit well and easy to install.

I didn't really buy this product as a protector. It's a pain when your opener is black, the interior of your car is black, your purse is a deep and dark as the depths of hell and you want to get into your garage at night. Surprisingly, the red is bright enough to make the opener easier to find in the car, in the purse. I'm hoping the manufacturer will come out with orange, lime green, or even glow-in-the-dark colors.
