Possibly The Most Perfect Cooler Ever Built.
You've probably already read the positives; well built, sturdy, ice retention is top notch, wheels, easy drain plug, feet, handles and a trolley handle, even a bottle opener and cup holders... etc. So let me tell you a few things to be aware of that don't appear in the advertising literature.1. This 80 quart beast is just that...wheels or not, it's a beast. Don't expect to fill it to the brim with beer, drinks and ice and just toss it into the back of your truck.2. The design of the feet underneath is pure genius in that the cooler never rests on the wheels when it is sitting still, which means you can set it in your vehicle or boat without it rolling all over the place. With that said, the feet are set to a height that when you trolley the cooler from one place to another you have to lift it completely off the feet for the wheels to engage. When this happens the drain plug on the other end will occasionally scrape the ground causing scuff marks on the plug if you are pulling the cooler across concrete.3. The last item is the lifetime warranty. You should be aware that this basically covers just the box. That's it. The gasket, the drain plug, the feet, the latches...pretty much any thing that could actually go wrong with this cooler is NOT COVERED.With those things said, this is still BY FAR the best cooler I have ever owned and even though it's a little pricey. It has been well worth the money.

I think even better..
Hands down comparable to a yeti... I think even better... best part is the wheels on it so one person can handle it.im a female and i can't handle the 75 qt yeti myself and can't load it for hunting without help.. I could with the pelican... it's a bit bulkier than the 75qt yeti but is bear proof with no locks, we didn't get a ticket when game and fish stopped at camp in Montana to check it out..... I have used yetis in the past to pack for hunting in Montana ... usually the guys come home with thawed out food, ice etc after a 7-10 day trip... of course food is eaten over this time which allows for things to thaw out , understandable... I was able to go with on this trip and decided I needed a second cooler and tried out the pelican... i had a gallon of milk and 1 frozen gallon of water with about10 additional frozen small drinking water bottles in the cooler with a mix of frozen food and cold food packed for 5 people... we were gone for 10 days in Montana and when we got home the water jug had barely thawed.. the water bottles had ice in them still, a few were left.. we had hamburger patties leftover and they still had crystals in the middle, milk had ice crystals in it from it freezing still.. all food was nice and cold... I'm impressed with this cooler ...

I've used this for day-long trips, and of course ...
I've used this for day-long trips, and of course, it kept things cold. But I recently got a chance to test it on a camping trip, and it passed with flying colors. Even without filling it completely with ice, it kept things cold my entire four-day trip and still retained ice when I got home. The wheels help tremendously due to the heavy weight, and it's tough enough to drag over jagged rocks. The positive impacts of having the cooler:1) confidence that the ice will last at least 4 days and your food won't spoil2) avoiding the hassle of getting more ice to fill it in the middle of a 4-day trip3) using the four tie-down points with ropes/straps to turn the cooler into a makeshift dolly for heavy items (I've strapped camp chairs and a folding camp table to the top)The negatives:1) Heavy (37 pounds when EMPTY). If you do it alone, you'll need to do a powerlift to put it in the back of the car/truck.2) When making a DIY dolly (see above), the handle doesn't lock in place. It will not move past horizontal, but if the weight of the "dolly" tips past balance point, you can't use the handle as a lever. I had to cut a block of wood on the tablesaw and used it to jam behind the handle, thus creating a removable handle "lock block", where the handle locks in the horizontal position.

Awesome cooler!
Awesome cooler! This was able to keep water and Gatorade cool for 3 days in 100 degree heat with a dozen people getting in it constantly. The hinges are stainless steel instead of the aluminum or plastic that other companies use. The freezer grade gasket seals it off very well, enough to be air tight. The latches are very sturdy but also easy to get into. The carry handles are very well thought out, especially the one used for the wheels. As shown in the picture, it does not go all the way up which keeps the cooler off of your heels when walking with it. The wheels also do not engage until you lift it with the handle so it does not go rolling around your truck or down a hill.

No Competitor.
I am an avid user of many Pelican cases for all my shooting gear from rifles, to scopes, etc. so I figured their coolers where equally bomb-proof and I was right. The handle folds up and down easily and makes the cooler easy to handle and I'm 6ft. 3in. tall. When the cooler is in the down position, the wheels are up off of the ground and the skids on the bottom are made of rubber coated plastic so the cooler doesn't move even when on a significant incline or decline. The wheels are very beefy and the latches just snap down, lock in place securely, and open with just one hand. The interior keeps food and ice cold for a long time, longer than most people would ever need. The gasket around the top that seals against the lid is sturdy and indestructible. It is a heavy-duty cooler, but amazingly, not as heavy as I thought; I can lift it empty and even with some items in it without too much difficulty in and out of my truck. If you want a big cooler that has a lot of great features, get this cooler.
