Q: want to order but is not giving me a choice of male or female for best posture and back brace?

We ordered it for my son but I ( mom) use it as well. Guess you'd call it unisex.

Q: What size chest does this fit?

It doesn’t go across your chest so one size fits all...works by pulling the shoulders back and has a lot of stap for adjustment.

Q: How many hours is this required to wear a day?

It is recommended to wear 1 to 2 hours a day. Start with 15 to 20 minutes a day and then gradually increase the time to 1 to hours a day.

Q: Can I workout wearing it?

Yes you can, the purpose of this product is to pull your shoulders and keep the back straight, therefore it might be bit uncomfortable but you can wear for sure.
