You can try to download a Chinese input method APP. This may help you enter the characters you need.

Please check the possible reasons why the pencil won't charge
1. Whether the top of the protective case is bent.
2. There are some unmatched gaps between the groove and the pencil storage
3. Is there a protective case for the pencil?
