Well. Reading what it said before i got it i though it was going to be a lot bigger.. But i suppose you get what you pay for... It o. The heavy side. But i couldn't say ther was anything amazing about it... Stay safe

I bought this to use as a cake topper and the customer was over the moon with him, good quality (reckon he'd survive my enthusiastic 3 year old playing with him) The cake in the photos is 6" diameter for size reference. I'll definitely buy again.

Didnt arrive on the date delivery was advised, which meant i had to make one for a cake topper which i actually preferred so this went to my grandson rather heavy though.

Schleich animals are the very best. Our grandson is totally infatuated with African animals and carries a menagerie with him where he goes. The Schleich animals are wonderful; robust, lifelike and so well formed. We have enacted all sorts of stories- Lion king, Jungle Book, Water Hole - using these. When my own children were small 30 years ago Britains were the animals to buy, but these seem to be of limited choice these days. We still play with our Britains farm animals saved from all that time ago and I think the Scheich animals will have just the same heirloom qualities.

Got a Female and a Male. I just love them. They feel sturdy and loom amazing in contrast surfaces. If you like miniature, I really suggest getting these safari figures.

I have a few different Papo models, on display in dioramas and the quality is impressive. Unfortunately this isn't one of them. It doesn't look like the illustration or the other Papo lion. The finish is shiny the colouring poor to the extent it looks like a copy, perhaps Papo have changed their production line and gone for a cheaper look. Its OK in its small diorama but compared to the other Papo lions it is poor.
