You can see the installation standard in photos,anyone can be injured or die.When I registered a complaint against this,the answer was ...we can't do anything only we can reinstall this.What about that person who did this type of work,same thing can repeat with another one...and what about my damage or harm.Secondly you will not get reinstalled from company if you get relocated. For that you need to contact local electrician. Poor service. You must consider these points before making any decision. After sales service is pathetic.

I am writing this after using this product for over 2 months. It came with necessary pipes for both in and outlet. I decided to fix it myself as it was lockdown though the installation was offered free. The heater takes roughly 4 to 5 min to heat water and its energy-efficient. It has only increased my electricity bill amount by couple of hundreds. However, I presume the energy bill depends on the heat levels one sets-up, I have set the heat level with little more than average heat. I hope this information helps somebody.

You have provided Air pipe but were to fit it nothing in manual as well ??I know its crompton and product would be good what about installation stuff ...atleast provide screws and pipes

After so many searches I found this water Heater which is quite good. Bought it @ 4800 with 10% discount during diwali sale. Good thing, it has to free installation pipes which will take around 250 if you buy from outside and if I checked properly most metals are not having this pipes within the package .also if you check attached pictures this heater is rated 5 star from 2019 to 2020 normally other heater available are rated 5 star but they are for duration 2017 to 2018. So in my case this rating is valid for around 1 and half year that's a good thing also the product weight is not too much.lightweight and it has temperature control and also safety valve.Heating time is also not too much in 15 minutes I was able to get look for water which was good enough for me to bath. I am thinking to buy and another one for my second bathroom. If you are a family of two people or maybe with a baby, 15lt shud be good for you if you are having a family size of four or more than I think 25 ilitre will be enough for you.

Very efficient and good quality geyser. Simply go for it without any hesitation.Please note that some Crompton geysers responds around 45-60 minutes when powered for first time. It's not a defect, its a normal phenomenon. It happened to me, so i am sharing it here.But from the next time, 15 L of water gets fully heated within 20-25 minutes.Definitely recommend this product. Simply go for it.
