This stuff is better than sunscreen. I spent 2.5 weeks in Florida with Redhead skin. I never burned until I quit taking this at the very end of my trip. I had earlier purchased Astaxanthin from Sports Research and the results were kinda in the face. I was quite impressed with it that I purchased another bottle when I finished the first one. It was my mistake to assume that all brands will have similar quality going by the dosage alone. This one does not show much of effect on skin or joints while with Sports Research Asta it was very noticeable. I've probably had 20 of the 180 caps. not sure if having the rest will help much ! Will not purchase this brand again.
