Enough Supply for 2 Months: One 2000mg tablet a day containing 435ug of iodine which is sufficient to boost your immunity. It makes our pack of 60 tablets enough for two months. You can use a half tablet a day, based on your need for iodine..had to search for this info.. you're welcome!!

Dream Supplement
These gave me nightly dreams which I hadn't had in years, so an interesting result. I bought these as some suggested them ideal for hairloss, but they didn't help me in particular with that.

Super Suspicious and Dangerous if it is 2000mg per tablet
Knowing that big amount of iodine is life dangerous, the provider does not indicate how much one tablet contains , no instruction of how many tablets per day, making this absolutely worrying. I want the provider contact me and explain is this healthy at all, why so many secrets ?

Good product but cheaper elsewhere

Iodine content not listed
I bought these for iodine supplementation but after purchsae realised the iodine content is not specified. I have no way of knowing if I am meeting my RDA or exceeding it. Given iodine is toxic in overdose, this is dangerous. The producers need to start listing the amount of iodine these tablets actually contain, rather than how much kelp they contain which is meaningless.
