Great pigment
Smooth to put on. Pretty colors. Lasts me all day . I teach fitness and stretch people all day long. I don't feel like I need to touch up unless it's a really hot sweaty workout.

Great eyeliner
I gave it 4 stars because one of the eye liner pencils was broken in half. I would recommend these eye liners because they go on smooth. They do smudge. Great value for your money and they go on effortlessly and you have 3 metallic colors that go great with everything!!!

Nice but VERY SHORT tip LINER.
The colors are bright, it glides smoothly of skin, stays on the entire day unless it’s smudged. What I absolutely hate is the fact that the liner itself doesn’t EXTEND all the way down to the pencil. Once you finish using the tip and you sharpen it, there is nothing left. It’s a one and done type of thing. ALSO, The brand name keeps changing, the one I received was evpct, the one advertised is Davis I think, now I see the brand says Hoya.

I like them
I use them as eyeliners and not eyeshadows. Sometimes I use them as lip liners. They work well. These are pretty good. The points are soft yet they don't run easily which is good. They glide well after you work down the point a bit. It's easy to apply. It also stays in place on the eye line. It seems to be waterproof and stays in place.

Disappointed
Received my eyeliner today. Was SO excited to try my new vibrant colors, that is until I realized I wouldn’t have been the first. Sorry but sharing eyeliner is not my style. I am packing up this pink eye and sending it back ASAP. I’m super disappointed too because the colors look so pretty!! I’ll stick to buying SEALED products from now on. Yuck…

Perfect for a beginner!
I ordered the three pack labeled red. These eyeliners are exactly the three colors my 13 year old wanted and I was pleasantly surprised to find a multi pack of these colors. The price was right, it applies with ease and they came with a sharpener as a lovely bonus!
