This is a tabletop tree skirt hand sewn in the USA by a professional seamstress. It's 24" in diameter with the top a dark blue cotton fabric with exploding fireworks in colors of red, silver and light blue. There's silver sparkles all scattered about. The skirt has tabbing at one side opening and a matching tie at the top of the neck. It has a metallic silver ruffle bordering the outer edge. It's lined with a dark blue satin fabric. The opening for the tree is 1" in diameter.
