I did not get this to use as a brace. I got this to use as a "bandage" for a scaly elbow. No other bandages or wraps would stay put to keep the needed medication on my elbow. This adjustable wrap is easy to put on, holds the gauze with the medication in place and wraps using one hand. It is comfortable to wear day and/or night. I wear it under clothes and can sleep in it too. The elbow is finally healing thanks to this wrap. But if I ever injure my elbow this will come in handy as it is intended to be used - a support and brace for an injured arm. Highly recommended.

Fits well but smells too bad to wear. Will try to soak it and eliminate the smell.

Another reviewer mentioned a chemical odor, and I did smell that when I first opened the package. I didn't notice it at any time afterwards, though.

I was having some trouble with one of my elbows and I started wearing this to bed. It helped my elbow, when I saw my Dr he said to get a brace because it was most likely a tendon or "tennis elbow". I don't play tennis but I do have occasional issues with my elbow and the brace helped it.

This brace smelled so terrible, straight out of the package, that I had to put it outside. The strong mothball and chemical smell was overwhelming.When I brought it back inside the next day, the smell was still there, but not quite as bad. The sleeve that slides over the arm isn’t as elasticized as I would like, so it didn’t fit easily over my elbow.Overall this was not worth it.
