I have had this beauty since I was in middle school an has lasted well over 10+ years! What’s up super fast an simple to use!

I admit: I bought this only because I needed to get cat food delivered via Amazon One-Day Delivery, and I needed to get past $35. (I am only partially ashamed to admit that.) I had been doing just fine with my Remington clipless curling wand for some time, and wasn't really looking to buy a new one, since the plan was to get the cat food after all. But I opened the wand box and thought: huh. Maybe. Just maybe.I've been using a clipless wand for about 6 years now and could never go back to a clipped iron -- frankly I never could figure out how to use one without getting a horrible kink in my hair. (Please do not give me tips on how to do it correctly; I am a wand user and as my username states I am a law student and ain't got time for learning anything that doesn't prepare me for the passing the Bar because I am a deeply pathetic individual.) So my learning curve on this here wand is probably less steep than many others. I also have long, mid-back hair, so a larger barrel is right for me; I could have even done with a 1.5" barrel a little bit more, but 1.25" is pretty versatile.Holy hell, this wand is smooooooth. I was able to wrap my hair around the barrel with not a single hair catching on any part of the base (this happens on my Remington frequently). What I loved best about this was the rotating base, which makes it really easy to wind sections on the wand from near the roots to the ends, even on the hard to reach back sections. The curls were loose but defined, and shook out nicely during the day. I also felt like my hair was getting less fried than with the Remington. One star deducted for lack of temperature control. It was the perfect heat for me but I could imagine it wouldn't be for others.So I will not be returning this after all. What had been a tool to help me ensure that my princeling cat was fed on the schedule which he demanded has become something close to the styling device I've been looking for for quite a while.

First of all, this is my 2nd curling wand from them because I originally ordered the yellow gold 32mm curling wand but when I received it, it didn't have the light indicator showing it was turned on. I returned it for the pink version since in the photos that one shows the light indicator.Now on to the review for the Pink 32mm curling wand. I was pleasantly surprised to find out the pink 32mm curling wand actually comes with a really nice carrying/storage case. The yellow gold one just came in a typical box. They both came with 2 clips & a glove like in the product listing. The pink 32mm was $39 while the yellow gold 32mm was $37. I'm assuming it was $2 cheaper because it doesn't have the light indicator nor does it come with the carrying case.HOW DOES IT CURL?The yellow one and the pink one both curl great. They both have a long barrel which is perfect for longer hair. That's an issue I would always run into with other curling wands since my hair is waist length. The barrels were always a tad too short. But not this one. It's perfect.The barrel gets hot quickly and evenly. My curls lasted all day and I didn't even spray holding spray. In my opinion this curling wand is worth the price.

I'm in love with this Curling Iron this is definitely my favorite!I bought this wand in 2010! it still works like new.I'm not joking I've used it tooo many times and I've even discovered diferent ways of using it to create diferent kind of curls. This curling iron definetly need some tutoring if your not used to clipless wands, but that can be resolved really easy, YouTube! That's how I learned, and how I keep discovering new ways of using it. The people saying that is hard to use, is really not! I think its easier than the ones that have a clip is just getting used to it.Just like others say, it does get pretty hot! So you have to be careful with that. I've probably burned my forehead once and one of my fingers about 3 times while using it, that's why you have to be careful and I suggest to ALWAYS use the protetive glove and make sure you don't lose it.The quality of this wand is amazing, you can create diferent kinds of curls, the loose beachy kind, or the taylor swift tight ones, & the best part of it, is that they last pretty long and I'm I have the type of straight hair that doesn't hold curls that much, but this one DOES make the trick to hold them. I think that's the main reason I used it that much, you can go party all night, sweat alot and still have gorgeous hair. This is a must for the ladies. During the time I've had it, about 5 other friends have ordered it, just because they have seen my hair, and they always get surprinse of how much this cost. I have also order other different sizes of wands from Le Angelique because of this, but out of all this the one I use the most.

Tellement de bons commentaires sur le résultat que cette baguette procure. J’adore le résultat des boucles surtout une fois brossées. J’aurais prit la baguette plus épaisse (1’’) vue l’épaisseur que j’ai pour de plus grosses boucles, mais je ne suis pas du tout déçue ! Je l’ai depuis pratiquement 1 an et je l’utilise tous les jours pratiquement, fonctionne très bien encore!

The curling iron itself is so cute but the curls just don’t stay in like they do with a professional iron. Return window is 1 month, I would have returned if I didn’t miss the window by 1 week.

Nice and hot, great swivel cord perfect size barrel for my hair. Only disappointment is no adjustable heat,it is either on or off.

Did NOT work well with my hair type: long, thin and straight. I also didn't like how there was no stand or light indicator.
