Very hard buttons and no air mouse support

This remote is very easy to use and set up. I really like the scroll wheel and the pointer. However, there is one caveat. I bought a second remote so my husband and I would have our own (lol). When pairing the second remote to the TV, it took about 5-10 seconds and was very simple. Now, the first remote is unpaired. So, apparently one cannot have two remotes for the same TV. You can however use the volume up and down on the second one, which is helpful. All in all, the remotes are awesome and both of them work, you just have to choose which one you want the cursor and channel changer on. I did not know this when I bought the second remote.

It stopped working after a week. Also the cursor does not working in this. It's literally a normal remote. I don't even know if this can be returned?!

This remote feature showing mouse operations...but after receiving it I found its mouse is not operating. Other buttons are functioning..but it's misleading feature added in product information

Excellent quality and good in a weight also same like original.

Product seems Ok. But buttons are not responding well need to press hard
