Good for smaller head sizes.
I wear a size 7 hat. My head is a bit smaller than the average person. So this igal fit me perfectly & I'd recommend it to anyone who has a smaller head.

OK but aqal didn't fit me.
The aqal was small for my head and I couldn't find a way to adjust it. I wore the kafiya as a head wrap, kind of turban style without the aqal. The quality of both was fine but just didn't fit me.
