33 Feet Stainless Steel DIY Link Chain Necklaces with 20 Lobster Clasps and 30 Jump Rings for Jewelry Making (2.5 mm)

My mother's fireplace screen chain broke. It was 45 years old and I needed a new chain. Spent about $35 on two fancy chains at a hardware store and they both broke. Went to a jewelry store and tried a couple of their chains. Both broke so I thought about checking with Amazon for a stainless steel chain for jewelry. Got the biggest one I could get to fit into the pulleys and spent a bunch of hours making it work, but the chain was stainless steel so it was not affected by the heat. After 4 months of hot fires, it still works great.

It the connector part is very small

Like the size weight and has some sparkle, hard to get jump ring into , so you have to picky about size

Love this chain. I’ve purchased in multiple sizes and have never been disappointed. My only gripe is that it comes in a big loop on a necklace hang tag, not on a spool. I keep an empty spool handy to transfer it onto when it arrives, otherwise it’s sure to tangle.

Got this as a Christmas present last year, needed more this year. I make jewelry, I’ve worn this chain for 3 months straight the clasp finally started to discolor a little but the chain never changed! True stainless steel! Very strong and pretty!!!

I haven't had a chance to make jewelry yet but the quality of this chain is great. It's very pretty.

The chain is not a continuous length of 33 feet. It's broken in many places. (as seen in image # 1) These images you see is not the chain you receive. Firstly, the stainless steel is dull (not the nice bright polished stainless you see) The link is completely different. It looks to be a round 22 gauge wire which is not what is shown in the pictures. (see pic # 2). I am keeping this chain as I need to use it asap but may not purchase from this supplier without a real picture of the item. I did receive the order quickly and is why the 3 star rating - otherwise would be 1 star. AT first glance the jumprings and clasps look okay (better than the chain).

recently launched my first intro to chain-supported jewelery as a hobby; this SS chain as well as the additional clips and rings were an awesome intro and facilitated my work order greatly! Satisfying and shall certainly re-order this product sooner than later!

Bella catena, arriva ben inbustata e arrotolata ad un pratico cartoncino. Le maglie ( da 2.5 mm) sono saldate e di misura adeguata (ne troppo piccole ne troppo grandi). La catena è in acciaio inox, quindi non cambia colore, rimane lucida e non dovrebbe dare problemi di allergia.I moschettoni invece NON sono in acciaio, quindi con il tempo cambiano colore, sono 20 e sono contenuti in una bustina con 30 anellini. Peccato per i moschettoni....comunque rimane un ottimo prodotto.

Molto bella la catena e ben confezionata. Nessun nodo. Diametro perfetto ne grosso, ne troppo fine, il giusto compromesso per avere una catenina solida ma elegante. I moschettoni sembrano anch'essi in acciaio, ma si potrà capire tra qualche settimana di utilizzo. Consiglio l'aquisto.
