I am a senior financial services executive in Australia and have a keen interest in how AI and data science is accelerating digital transformation and driving enterprise value. I've read a lot of books on AI and recently completed a Masters Degree in Data Science. So I'm able to evaluate the book for its relevance at the executive level and it's substance at a data science level. This is an ambitious book and draws on the contributions of a number of highly experienced AI experts. It provides a conceptual framework that flows through these contributions and also provides chapters dedicated to specific industries including Financial Services and Retail, specific functions including supply chain, HR and Customer Experience and deep dives in corporate social responsibility. It provides some projections about the future of AI (always challenging!) and case studies covering banking and healthcare amongst other areas. As a specialist in data science I found it instructive. As an executive I found it accessible. I strongly recommend this book.
