Yes. SIGLENT DMMs come with EasyDMM software that enable screenshots and basic data logging capabilities. You can learn more on the SIGLENT website here: https://siglentna.com/operating-tip/easydmm-first-use/ - Jason, SIGLENT North America

Does this meter give true rms readings, and is it accurate through 20khz?

Yes, up to 100 KHz according to the datasheet. Up to 100Hz is +/-2%, then up to 100KHz better. http://www.siglentamerica.com/wp-content/uploads/dlm_uploads/2017/10/SDM3045X_Datasheet_DM0545_E01A.pdf

Since the dmm will be used in the us, i switched the slide switch to correct voltage of 110 vac. there are two 250 v fuses. should i change them also?

Hello. The rear panel switch is the only change necessary for usage at 110V. - Jason, SIGLENT NA

Is the trend chart time ajustable? Thanks!

Hello. Thank you for writing in. Yes. You can adjust the trend chart time scale. NOTE: Changing the scale will reset data collection, so it is better to set to the longest timescale you expect to see. If you have additional questions, please write us at info@siglent.com. - Jason, SIGLENT NA
