This item looks like kids toys but is very effective, i suffer from COPD and this Breathing trainer has been a great help for me and my lungs. every time i use it i feel much better and it clear up my chest congestion's !

Not enough resistance
The device didn’t provide as much resistance as I expected. It wasn’t challenging enough for my training needs, so I decided to return it.

Speaking as a SLP, this thing is trash. Spend the extra 10 bucks and get The Breather.I bought this one so I could demo to my patients, and I wanted a different color than what my patients get. It’s good enough for demo, but I would not recommend it for therapy.

Recommend by my Aerospace doctor to strengthen the diaphragm. Simple instructions included, easy to use. Compact size, can fit into a small purse. 6 different settings for exhale and inhale.
