No, it does not. I thought it did from the picture, but it does not. It is ONLY the switch.

Will this work to install firestick and Roku stick on same TV and switch between two?

Yes, it will work on anything that has an HDMI cable. You plug the HDMI from the roku and the hdmi from the fire stick into the splitter then you plug the splitter into the TV. When you want to switch between the 2 you just push the button
