Goddess Garden Organics Baby SPF 30 Natural Sunscreen, Lotion, 3.4 oz.

This sunscreen works very well, but is extremely difficult to get to absorb all the way. My whole family looked like we had painted our bodies with Halloween paint. I know the ingredients are better for you then a lot of the other sunscreens, but this would almost be painful to try and rub into the skin of a baby. It was rough enough trying to get it rubbed into the skin of my 11 year old, and he is pretty tough. Overall, we won't be buying this again. I will be using it till it is gone, only on my sons face and ears as they are what tend to burn on him and it does work well, no matter how hard it is to apply.

I received it yesterday. As soon as I tried to apply it on my face, I fell in love with it so much!!!!!!! This sunscreen was recommended by someone from my skincare forum. She said it's very light and gentle. The one I have used for two years was made in my country, so in U.S., I was having hard time to buy the best sunscreen for my extremely sensitive skin. My skin is very sensitive and usually dry, but not extremely dry. Skin products for baby usually are greasy and heavy, but this sunscreen is not greasy, heavy or oily at all. I hesitated buying this because it's made for babies, but the biggest ingredient is Aloe and jojoba oil which work great for my skin, so I decided to try this. It's one of the safest sunscreen according to Skin Deep Database. Anyway, highly recommend!! Sooooooooo light, also Sooooooooooooooooo gentle! I think I'm gonna stick to this product until I go back to my country few years later. Sorry for my bad English :)

Most sunscreens that are deemed safe on the EWG SkinDeep registry tend to be thick and paste like and make it very hard to put them on. In fact, because they can be so difficult to apply, I tend to avoid wearing them, and I've been burned twice this summer. Someone recommended this sunscreen as being very easy to apply, so I took a chance on it. It is fantastic! Not only is it easy and quick to apply, but it works very effectively, and it doesn't leave a terribly white film like many others too. I have yet to use this on my baby, as he's been too young to put it on, but I have used it on me several times and I'm very pleased. I look forward to putting it on my baby, knowing that I won't have to worry too much about how much he wiggles while putting it on.

Great sunscreen for littles! However, I didn't expect it to have a scent but I wasn't expecting it to have such an off putting smell. Goes on thick but runs in well. I did notice that if there were spots I didn't rub in so well, that they got kind of flaky after a few hours.

After doing a lot of research, I chose this sunscreen as it is rated very clean. I, however, rated this sunscreen poorly as I found is VERY hard to rub in and left my daughter covered in white. I tried Think Baby next and found it much easier to rub in and it didn't leave my little girl looking like a ghost.

four stars because it does what it is supposed to, I have never had a burn with my children. However this product is tacky when put of the skin, it s sticky and clumps leaving flakes. Does not rub is the best.

I bought this based on their review on the EWG website. I followed the instructions and applying it wasn't too bad. It did leave a white film but I'm really pale so that wasn't a big deal. However, this product did nothing to protect my skin from the sun! I have a horrible sunburn on my face, neck, and chest!! This product is completely worthless!! Coppertone Water Babies Pure & Simple received a 2 from EWG and I've never been burned while using it so I'm switching back to that product.

This sunscreen goes on nicely, as it isn't too thick like some "natural" alternatives. It doesn't make the skin too white-looking either. And, no sunburns to report in the few months we used it. I liked it as a daily/playground kind of sunscreen for my toddler. I would buy it again.

Was excited about getting a sunscreen without all the crap in it that the high street brands contain and really want to love it. However, it's thick and white and actually quite difficult to spread. I made the mistake the first time of dabbing it in several areas but when I started to try to rub the blobs in, it had already started to dry a bit and was hard work - especially on sensitive areas like the face. Seems to protect from the sun in that child's skin was fine but then we didn't have her in the sun for any real length of time, so I do need to test it a bit more to be sure.

The ingredients are great so I do use this product it however does not feel good on the skin and takes a bit of work to rub it in. If you want a nice face cream this isn’t it. The attitude suncream equivalent is better for a natural alternative.

Medium thickness that protected my toddler in our vacations. Needs to reapply after 30-40 minutes, like most of the good sunscreens. Totally recommending it!
