I wanted a pitcher that was not made of plastic and this product fit the bill. It is made of nice material and came nicely packaged. I was very impressed that the seller reached out before I received it to give information about water temperature to ensure the glass does not break. And, if the product was broken when I received it, they would work with me to get it replaced. I was very impressed by this and this made my purchasing experience very enjoyable. Alas, I had to return it because my plan was to use it in my fridge, but I live in a small apartment and my fridge couldn’t fit it, I unfortunately had to return it.

Great product. Came with metal tap already attached. Appreciated that. A slight leak at first. one drip every 20 mins. Didn't notice for a few days. 'very' slight adjust needed . Perfect. Handle and use the tap with great care and gentleness and you'll be fine.Extremely happy with product.

I was a bit nervous when it arrived in a big box that has no filler. But, luckily the jar was not damaged. The spigot was already pre-installed. So all I had to do was wash it and use it. I'm using it for Kombucha and all the research I did claimed that stainless steel was acceptable. The spigot is not leaking. The jar seems to be quite sturdy. The stand is simple, strong and has a small footprint. Overall, I have to give this Smiths Mason jar with spigot and stand 5 stars.
