I bought this mirror specifically because the mechanism looks like it would adequately fit and grip a 1.5" roll bar; and it does! I found after initial installation that I need to further tighten the mounting screws to get a real solid grip. The mirror mechanism is solidly designed and I do not see any mirror movement in my application, which is on a race car. So I can't speak to the sturdiness for off road vehicles, but I think it would be fine. The view is good and wide giving good visibility.

This fit my 2022 Honda Pioneer 700 perfectly. The install was super quick and easy and after tightening everything up it feels quite sturdy. For the look and value this is a great product. Taking it up moose hunting so we’ll see how sturdy it is on the trails and update accordingly.

After going through several rearview mirrors I finally found a good one that works great. Went on to my 2" bar on my Can Am Commander with no problems...super easy to install and it doesn't vibrate at all while moving. Adjusts nice and easy like an automotive mirror. So glad I finally found a decent one...I'd highly recommend this one!

This is a high quality mirror designed to fit in different situations. I screwed the mirror onto wood framing in a tractor cab. It gives me much higher situational awareness when ploughing my snow. A solid product.
