Yes, I believe it should be able to fit any toilet. The flexible arm is adjustable to fit any shape of toilet bowl.

Does the light need to be stuck to work?

No, it has a bendable arm that you bend around the wall of the bowl. The light faces inside the bowl and the motion sensor is on the outside.

How long until you have to replace the batteries?

I use rechargeable batteries for mine. So far it has been a month and there hasn't been any problems. It is motion detector, so it only comes on when it's dark and when it senses motion, so less battery usage.
