Sawmill Spoon Rest

My absolute favorite spoon rest. This is the second one I bought — I accidentally dropped a bag on cement when I was moved and broke the first one. Definitely worth buying even a second time!! Looks beautiful on the stove.

It is just like the picture (always a plus) and very solid, sturdy and good quality.

I bought this to match the s/p shakers that I'd previously purchased. However, I now regret both purchases. (too crazy busy to return, so I'll yard sale them this summer)I thought the S/P shakers were a little too big, but the spoon rest is ridiculously big! (I actually wanted a good size one for soup labels, etc., but this sucker takes up half of my counter!) Also, you can't really see in the pics, but the brown part has a pearlessant glaze over it, that's not attractive. I bought them to match my salt crockery and country/prim kitchen, and really wanted a matt surface. (The weight is on the heavy side for these objects, which I do like.)
