Mine fit and are XL. My hand size from bottom of palm to top of middle finger is 7-1/2" (19cm).

Q: use these with electric bike small button controls?

I can operate my electric bike controls but not the phone

They are nimble enough for the controls on my comfort bike, but, I don't know how the controls on your electric bike compare to a typical derailleur bike. But, my guess, yes.

Q: Is this glove thin enough for reaching gear shift levers? My fat gloves are too bulky.

Definitely - they are not bulky at all
