No it doesn't. Almost all used or refurbished computers do not come with Microsoft Office, you must purchase that separately. Any seller stating it does come with is doing so illegally.

Works Great! I really enjoy how fast it is. YOu need you internet provider and that all because the system is Wifi and has a internet port as well. I also put Nortons in it. The Libre Office is great on it

The specs show the hard is 512gb and then the features say the hard drive is 2tb. what size hd does this come with?

Mine came with 2TB. I believe the specs are for the stock version of this PC new from Dell. This is a refurbished one that has a couple upgrades. I believe the features section is accurate. Contact the seller if you have any problems. They were very responsive to me after I had an issue with my RAM after purchase. I'm still pleased with this computer after a year.
