Q: I ordered this item from Ricks home store little over a week ago...took my money...so now they are saying they cant ship to my addressI need my refun?

Q: Is this soft side or hard side?

It is a soft side I would assume. It's just like a standard waterbed mattress only semi waveless. It comes with the heating pad and the safety liner. The only thing I don't like is the odor. We've had ours for about 6 months now and after numerous cleanings, it still has a distinctive odor to it. I bought some vinyl cleaner to wash it down with and hope this works. Owned a waterbed since 1981 and never had a liner that smelled like this.
