Yes, you can. The dimensions should be in the item description or search in question section for ‘ dimensions’ for an answer. I do recall seeing the dimensions on the website. In general, probably a no brainer, but I think the vendor should show the dimensions in the picture of the item, which will increase decision to buy. I recently traveled and used as my personal item in addition to my carryon.
