The Connemara Kitchen Irish Afternoon Tea Tin

Originally bought this tea at Avoca in Ireland and loved it. Gentle taste (not rancid like some teas). Plus the tin is great for pens, craft items, etc. It is a loose tea and takes me back to my recent trip to Ireland.

This loose tea was packaged well, with a decent shelf life, but product quality was poor. Powder, not leaves.

We bought some in Ireland 🇮🇪 in 2015 for a friend. They loved it. Her birthday was coming up and her husband said she like some more tea. Went online and ordered it immediately. She was thrilled with it.

This is a wonderful loose tea, I impulse-bought it at the Dublin Airport, and I was amazed of the fullness of the taste. ALAS: there is a smallish plastic bag inside the tin, I think it is less than a third of the volume of the tin itself. I contacted the company but they do not sell the tea itself and they refused to tell me where they get the tea. It is a great gif though but don't think you will have this tea as your regular daily staple, unless you are willing to fill up your garbage can with Connemara tins.

I love it and is GREAT! But why the quantity is so small. Ideally, get the big bag we get in India. the Tin is more than the tea inside.

We had this for the first time in Ireland. My wife loves it.
