The beans arrived fresh and plump. Moisture was very good and they are very fragrant. The beans are 5” in length and the quality is absolutely superb! Exceptional value for the money. Thank you! I was not disappointed at all!!

These vanilla beans were amazing! I made triple thick vanilla extract for Christmas for friends and family. These were very strong and made amazing extract in just a few months! I'm going to make more for gifts next year! The cookies and ice cream I made with the extract was wonderful!!! You can't get this flavor with store bought extract. It's simply not the same. I wonder what they do to get their extract that black color as real vanilla doesn't need to be that dark. I think the commercial places add color or something and it isn't as good as these. I leave the beans in the bottles and I take a half of one out after I've made extract, then squeeze the contents into a glass of milk before bedtime. The vanilla milk is amazing and the smell is heavenly! The medical uses of vanilla are vast and are incredible for our health! Even the smell has amazing effects. I will definitely order from this company again! They ferment their beans to perfection and they are ready to use. If you think these smell like pipe tobacco, that's because it is so concentrated! (& fermented then dried vanilla beans are used in pipe tobacco mixes). I don't care for the mix when there's too much in the air, buy leaving the empty package in the kitchen make the house smell wonderful after using the beans. These taste great, are good quality and I will recommend these. I'll be back to buy more of these!

I make my own vanilla extract, so I need very good quality vanilla beans. I just cut them in half, to expose the inside, and put them in a decorative bottle. Then I use good quality bourbon or vodka, pouring to cover the vanilla beans. Shake the bottle every day and in about a month, you'll have excellent vanilla extract. With 12 beans, you can make 2 bottles of extract.

Second time buying this product. These beans smell amazing once you open them. The size is fantastic and the price is great compared to stores where you get 1 or 2 beans for $10. I use these to make vanilla extracts and vanilla bean paste, although I use the paste more due to the tastiness! They work wonderful in cooking and baking. Ive used for pastry cream, creamer, cookies, and a multitude of other kitchen creations. The taste is nice and I have not received any with mold issues.

These beans are moist and plump a little more than the other two, although it could be in the packaging. The native vanilla beans have a slight smoky scent and the fit clean, have a fruity base scent. The vanilla bean kings just smell like vanilla. I would like to use the native vanilla for my next batch of vanilla extract. To me they are favored for their scent above the other two.

These Grade A beans simply make better extract than Grade B beans do. I accidentally received Grade A beans and found them larger, plumper, juicier, and easier to work with when making vanilla extract. For the small price difference, I've now moved to these Grade A vanilla beans. My recipe: 25 Grade A beans + 1 pint decent dark or amber rum + 1 year in the bottle. I score each bean manually before bottling and I agitate the bottles periodically for the year they marinate. Great for baking. Great for gifts (in smaller bottles).

I am very impressed with the quality on these vanilla beans. They are wide, oily and tender which made them easy to split. These beans are a great value. All vanilla beans have a slightly funky ammonia smell that some people can distinguish more easily than others. This does not affect the finished vanilla extract.

So fresh, delicious and fragrant. Will buy more
