If you get swollen feet, you need this. If you work long hours on your feet, you need this. Having your feet surrounded by soothing cold on the top and bottom is a treat. I'm talking a bone deep sigh of relief. You get two pairs of socks, and I wish they sold more ice packs to fit in them.You can't walk in them with the ice packs in, but really, why keep walking when your feet hurt?! Sit down! For me, they are just cold enough, and the socks protect your skin from the chill. Had them for months, and its as much of a relief as a popsicle on a hot day.Still, really want ice pack refills, because I worry about losing mine.

I’ve got plantar fasciitis and also occasionally tenderness in the Achilles’ tendons. I’m currently doing laser treatments for both as they are painful and limiting conditions for someone who’s used to be active.The first socks I ordered contained a pair that had been sewn incorrectly- so I couldn’t even get my feet in. The other pair were luckily fine and I really enjoyed the relief the ice packs brought. (My experience is they stay cool for 20-30 mins)They are soft and stretchy too.The company reached out to me after they’d heard through Amazon about the defective pair. They wanted to make things right and offered to send a whole new set. I didn’t ask for this but they even expedited the shipping and they arrived a day or two later. Very appreciated!So now I’ll have extra socks and more importantly, extra ice packs, as I’m going through these laser treatments which can leave me feeling a little extra tender.Good luck to all currently dealing with PF, it can be such a stubborn SOB! Seem really nice and well made but way too small. I'm a male that wears a 9 1/2 shoe and these were about an 1" to an 1 1/2" too small, could not get completely over my entire foot so how they seem to be made I really can not give a better review. I did keep them and use the inserts on their own, good for ice pack or heated up for therapy anywhere on the body.

The socks are comfortable and help with the pain in my feet. The only thing that would make them a bit better was if the pocket for the long ice pack was a bit longer.

Having neuropathy from chemotherapy for almost 2 decades, I’ve used numerous medications, creams, and gels to try to reduce the pain at night. These socks with frozen gel inserts really make a difference!The gel inserts fit in the bottom and top (or ankle) of each sock. Once I put the gel inserts in the socks, I put them in a ziplock bag and in the freezer. When I’m ready to go to bed and sleep, I get the socks out, put them on while in bed, and go to sleep because of a great reduction in the burning pain. The socks go on and off easily.You don’t want to walk at all with the gel inserts in as it could break them. I just keep the inserts in the socks all the time making it much easier to add them to your sleep pattern at night.A really significant invention when you think of how many people suffer from foot pain, whatever the cause!Pain is always worse at night which interferes with restful sleep, so a big thank you to the creators of this product. 😌

These ice socks are truly an answer to my feet pain woes. They work exactly as they state. No gimmicks, no tricks, or confusing instructions for use. The socks are quality made to hold up multiple uses and they remain soft to the touch. I could go on and on about these socks. If you want relief from foot pain, order these socks...you won't be disappointed.

OMG, I love, love these socks, after many, many sleepless nights I ordered them hoping they would give me enough relief so I could go to sleep painless, I suffer with neuropathy and sleep has evaded me, the medicine gave me a small amount of relief, the creams and gels worked and helped for 5 minutes or so, I would get up in the middle of the night and soak my feet in the coldest water and ice bath I could stand just to freeze the soles of my feet long enough to be able to pass out, it was a struggle to say the least but helped…then I saw these socks and read the reviews and decided to try them out, I was desperate for relief and thought I would give them a try, I got them yesterday and immediately put the ice packs in my freezer, made sure that my last walk around the house was to the freezer to get the ice packs and after putting them on I felt immediate relief and I can’t tell you how long they lasted because I fell asleep so early and had the best sleep I have had since forever, I am so relieved in so many ways I can’t describe how much better I feel, I am actually looking forward to tonight and not dreading the pain and discomfort of trying to get some much needed rest. I give these socks a 10+.

Do not look anything like the picture. If you have a lot of pain I would not suggest these socks. My husband has a lot of pain Ihis feet and the cold made it worse.
