Large Interlocking Comb Pony Tortoise Shell Pair

I'm thrilled to have found these again!! Have been looking for ages and finally thought I'd try the web, and here they are! Works exactly like it should. Perfect size for my long hair. It takes a little practice to get them to go together just right, but like with anything else, the more you do it the better you'll be at it. Love these!

It holds very good

I have thick hair, so these are not as substantial as I'd like, but they would work for most people. They don't clasp together snugly but they sort of interlock. I'd prefer them a little longer in order to put all my hair into.

I bought one so many years ago and it is now broken. It lasted a very long time. I thought I would never find another one until I was scrolling thru Amazon. So happy I found it again so I bought 2. My hair is long and curly and it works so well and locks in place … I live in Florida and got tired of always putting my hair in a pony tail. I highly recommend them❣️

Its the best product in the market but that isn't saying much because I had very high expectations and several failed product trials with other vendors. I was looking to replace two large sized sets that I owned, which broke after 5 years of regular usage. These combs aren't bad. They work for a full head of thin curly hair. I'd imagine they should work for thicker curly or ethnic hair. The plastic is thick and bend resistant. My biggest complaint is that they are very small overall and the teeth are a bit short. Both should be at least 50% larger. Nonetheless I can use them with additional adjustment for the styles I am trying to achieve. I would definitely recommend.

These don't really stay together on your head. Glad they were cheap...ill try to find better ones.

Love this it is exactly what I was looking for I use it all the time. A little expensive for what it is but they are hard to find.

I first found these combs many years ago in the USA and used holiday trips there to try to source more sets as they were not available to buy here in the Uk.The ones I originally bought were made by a company called Goody (who make regular type hair combs) but they discontinued making this style of comb. I found it impossible to get any more until by chance I came across Amazon's Caravan combs which are exactly the same type and just as efficient as the old Goody versions were. I am delighted with them both in peformance and price even although they are a wee bit more expensive than other combs available generally.They are quick to put in and do the job exactly as they should and I use mine on a daily basis .
