I don’t use my desk every day; I use it an average of a few days a week so the mat gets minimal-moderate use. Still in great shape, like new. Stays put too. I use a lint roller on it when needed. Still love the look. I’ve just opened this and added it to my desk. I bought it to replace an older, smaller, pleather one. Seems like decent quality. It covers an appropriate portion of my 60” desk surface. I no longer need a mouse pad. I like its minimalistic look. Can’t speak on its durability or grippiness as I’ve not officially sat at my desk to study since opening it 15 minutes ago. Happy with the purchase initially though. Review: Fantastic addition to your large desk. - This comes in a light grey or dark grey, almost black. I opted for the darker one although I was torn. It arrived in a robust tube, well wrapped inside. It's rolled up so that when you place it on the desk, the curl is downwards, so it doesn't curl up on both ends, if that makes sense. Having said that, you really do need to place a few heavy things on each end (like a large book) to get that curl straightened out. People have complained about it but, in my experience, you just need to be patient and it will eventually go flat. I'm pleased with the thickness, it's thin but still has substance to it. The felt might feel a little scratchy to some people but it feels fine to me. It comes with a strap that you can use to roll it up if you are taking it somewhere and it also comes with a good quality mouse pad so that is a nice bonus. On a large desk like mine, it looks really sleek and I'm very happy with it. ## Features - High quality: The desk mat is made of top felt cloth, There are drip plastic anti-skid points on the back to prevent your table mat from sliding on the table. The surface of the table mat ensures that the mouse moves more accurately while maintaining excellent speed and control during work or entertainment. Very suitable for office and home use. - Large sized : (100cmx40cm) The desktop accommodates your laptop, mouse and keyboard, office accessories and a cup of coffee or tea. Spacious mat allows smooth gliding of the mouse。Non-Slip Felt material gives a comfortable resting surface while writing, typing or gaming. - Table top protector: Felt table top protector can protect glass, wood or plastic table top from scratches, spills, heat insulation and abrasion. When you put it on your desk, it can also create a modern professional atmosphere for your office. - Targeted improvement: through market research, this product solves the problem that most of the felt mats are not anti-skid. For the crease problem, this product has better expansibility, making the crease more difficult to produce. We have been trying to make better products for our customers. - Note: This product is packaged in round paper cylinder, which is firm and durable. Effectively prevent destructive folding of desk pad. After opening the package, please roll up the felt table mat in the opposite direction of the package, unfold, gently stroke and flatten it, and then it can be used normally. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B09KR4K4ZK | | Best Sellers Rank | #14,329 in Office Products ( See Top 100 in Office Products ) #202 in Mouse Pads | | Brand | DAWNTREES | | Brand Name | DAWNTREES | | Color | Light Grey | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 out of 5 stars 3,022 Reviews | | Item Dimensions L x W | 40"L x 16"W | | Item Highlight | Office Computer Desk Mat for Keyboard,100X40cm Desk Pad Protector (Light Grey) | | Item Shape | Rectangular | | Item Thickness | 0.16 inches | | Item Weight | 0.21 kg | | Manufacturer | DAWNTREES | | Manufacturer Part Number | 0232 | | Material | felt | | Material Type | felt | | Model Number | 100deskmat-DDLZ | | Number of Items | 1 | | Shape | Rectangular | | Size | 40" x 16" | ## Product Details - **Brand:** DAWNTREES - **Color:** Light Grey - **Item Weight:** 0.21 kg - **Material:** felt - **Size:** 40" x 16" ## Images ![Large Felt Desk Mat, 40''x16'' Full Felt Mouse Pad - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71uk5YbBJDL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Size** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Will this keep a cat from sliding off the desk if they jump on it? Thanks!** A: It will keep the cat from sliding 👍 **Q: Can you write/draw on this pad with a piece of paper or is it too soft that it will puncture the paper?** A: It is a bit soft, and it is not recommended to write or draw directly on it. **Q: How do you clean this? Can I put it in my washing machine?** A: I wouldn't recommend a washing machine. Vacuuming the felt is okay. Soak it in your bath tub with a little water, a cup of vinegar water and a couple drops of Dawn soap, or a smig of laundry soap. **Q: The portion of the pad that was more tightly rolled is wrinkled after 2 weeks of waiting for it to go away. How can I remove the wrinkles?** A: The easy fix for this was to spray a little water on it with a mist and then I ironed it with a towel over it and after 5 minutes the folds came out. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice felt desk mat *by K***A on January 25, 2025* UPDATE: Been using this on my desk for over a year now. The size is perfect—40''x16''—so it covers my entire desk where my keyboard and mouse go, protecting the wood and making everything look really tidy and put-together, which is a huge win for my cluttered setup.
