Insider Bat - Hands Inside Trainer Hit

I use this with my 10 year old daughter. What I like is that it forces a proper swing, with direct feedback. How often does a 10 year old tune out their dad? Every time. With this training aid, they make the adjustments in a few swings. Without this, tee work is at risk of being detrimental as the player can learn improper swing, and commit that to her muscle memory. You will need to dig out the "old" cheapo teeball tee - the kind with a home plate shaped base. This does not work with one of the good tee designs (Tanner tee, etc).

Purchased this unit after another coach recommended working on having my son keep his hands inside. I've found this product to be very useful. It's been durable (he has hit over 2K balls off it) and worth the costs.I was hoping there was a way to use on a Tanner Tee but the base only works with rubber units. No big deal but I hate that I have to have two tees in the cage at all times.

I was pleasantly surprised when i received this item to use for my son's batting tee. He is 12 years old and hits very hard and was opening up too much during games. When practicing on the tee, he needed something that would keep him closed as he swung the bat. This trainer gives instant feedback when you open up or swing outside by hitting the hook. It fits nicely in my son's McGregor tee which is a bonus. Lastly, I like the independence it gives my son to bat on the tee in the backyard without having me constantly watching his swing. He is free to practice and get feedback without an adult constantly being present.

Didn't fit the T we have , so not been able to use it. Looks like a good idea

I am very happy with my HIT trainer. This has helped SHOW my kids how to keep their hands inside rather than trying to explain it to them.
