It did cut punch through a normal leather belt
The hole punch worked ok, but didn’t quite cut through all the leather. But was good enough when you rotate the belt.

Hole punches were slightly off center.
The hole punches weren't lined up with the back properly meaning that it would slide and only cut a tiny portion of the hole at a time, even putting cardboard as a buffer did not help.This product really struggled getting through even one layer of biothane and I had to redo the hole over and over again from all angles and from the front and the back just to make the hole usable.

I returned this as it didn’t punch holes in leather or fabric
