These fit our 2007 Chevy Suburban 1500 with the 5.3L V8 (engine code 3). Had a check engine light with a P0300 code and frequent misfires on cylinder 1 & 7. I pulled a couple of the old Bosch Iridium plugs that were in it, and wouldn't you know it, the old plug on cylinder 1 was heavily fouled with ash from oil additives (it's a very high-mileage engine, so no surprise there). Cylinder 7 even had a piece of the insulator missing. Wonder how long it's been like that? I ordered two of these four-packs, sold and shipped by Amazon. Other reviews that said they only received single plug instead of four packs. I received the four-packs for 8 total, which was exactly what I expected based on listing. Wonder if the others may have purchased from a third-party seller? In any case the price here on Amazon was better than anywhere else I could find for these plugs, and this was the part number that ACDelco recommended on their site for the Suburban. I replaced all 8 spark plugs and the wires with the ACDelco set. All the plugs I received were properly gapped at 0.040" when I took them out of the boxes, but it's always a good idea to double check them with a gap gauge tool. You'll also need a thin-walled 5/8" deep socket, a variety of extensions, some anti-seize thread lubricant, and at least a moderate pain tolerance. The plug on cylinder 8 is hard to remove and even harder to get back in working completely by feel...every time I work on this truck I want to taze a GM engineer, so if you're friends with one you might want to make sure they're not around while you're doing this job. Despite the pain and suffering, it took me about 2 hours, and after I was done the engine fired right up, has better power, and most importantly, no longer misfires.

About a year ago, I replaced the plugs in my 6.0 Litre engine in my 2009 Yukon Hybrid. I recently noticed a "Fish bite miss" at idle. I scoped the coils and found some weird Ignition waveforms especially on #1. I pulled the plug and found half the insulator broken and missing. They were a "Quality Brand" Platinum Plug in a set, and 2 in the set were different part numbers. There OEM Iridium Plugs corrected the occasional irratic missing at idle and the engine is smooth again. GM recommends these plugs, and I agree.
