Lovely cheese, not at at all sticky like some of these cheeses, perfect for toppings and freezes perfectly, this is my 3rd purchase.

Great tasting cheese for our home made pizzas. Great price and delivered briskly with plenty of time on the best before date.

many supermarket grated mozzarellas don't melt, this does . lovely and creamy. btw the delivery packaging was exemplary , fantastic !

Covered it potato starch and still a bit more expensive than supermarket mozzarella. Didn’t notice a difference in taste either.

Arrived in two days unfortunately it must have been hot in the van, it all melted into a solid block, had ordered to make a lot of pizza but not so sure it's fit for use anymore. It came with little cool pouches inside but they were warm to the touch. I wouldn't order this if you live any further north of Edinburgh or during hot weather.

This cheese blue molded within a week of opening even though it was kept airtight. I won’t be buying again.
