Caydo 50 Vivid Colors 200 Sheets Origami Paper 6-Inch by 6-Inch for Arts and Crafts Projects

An endless amount of crafting and a new hobby for me and my children has evolved out of this stack of paper. I got a case and an origami book to go with it and I've been kept quite busy. They're square, they're neat, and the color assortment is perfect. There is a red in this pack that is nothing but "christmas red" it's the color of santa's robe or a poinsettia. I have to buy a pack in that color alone to fold some cute santas out of.

Excellent entertainment for my 7yo son and 10yo daughter. Thin paper and correctly cut, very nice for oragami.Update: just made my 3rd order. Looks like some folks find that these aren't cut to perfect squares. I wouldn't know as I don't think the kids care that much. Definitely great for kids. Maybe not the best option for an adult.

Paper is not perfectly square, nor is it one-sided (meaning white on one side). I intentionally wanted one-sided origami paper because it's easier to distinguish wrong side from right side, and certain designs use the color contrast purposefully. However, I would say that 95% of the paper in this pack is the same color on both sides, so there goes that.Additionally, the paper is not a 6"x6" square like advertised. When I first took the papers out, it looked (mostly) okay, meaning the sides seemed to line up (except for a small portion of paper in the middle of the stack that was clearer shorter than the others). However, when my kids went to make a diagonal fold, it was obvious that the paper wasn't square. I measured it, and some papers could be 5 3/4" on one side and even 6 1/8" on the other. That's up to 3/8" difference! See attached photos. Overall, my kids have still been using the paper - they just trim it down to a perfect square before starting which isn't ideal, but we have a paper cutter so it's not terribly painful. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do about the papers being colored on both sides. Disappointing, but not the end of the world.Update 8/22/17:The seller promptly reached out to me about this product. She apologized, explaining that they indicated the papers being one-sided because some of them are, but understood my disappointment that most of them weren't. She said they would update the product description to more accurately reflect this, and I see that they have. I see that it's noted both in the product description as well as the brief summary next to the product photo that about 18% of the papers are one-sided. I also accepted a replacement pack, knowing that most of the papers would be the same color on both sides. Since I could go through the new pack before my kids tore into them, I see that 8 of the colors are one-sided (mostly the neon colors), and the rest are the same color on both sides, so that's about 16% which is more than my originally estimated 5% (I was guessing since my kids had already used up many of the one-sided sheets). I added a couple more photos, one of them showing the neon colors that are one-sided.Overall, the cut of the papers was much better in this second pack. I've only measured a few and they're mostly square, though some have slanted edges, but truthfully, my kids have enjoyed using these papers to make all sorts of things, and I appreciated the customer service and response that we received, so I would definitely buy from them again. Our kids still measure first just to make sure, but the papers have provided a lot of entertainment for them. If you have kids who will go through many papers, want a variety of colors, and may not be as picky about pristine corner folds, this is a great option. If you are expecting exactly 6x6 square on all the papers, you'll likely be disappointed. But if you don't mind making fixes here or there with a paper cutter, I'd still recommend this. If you are looking for an entire pack of one-sided papers, then you should look elsewhere, but the seller already updated the product description so you would already know this. Overall, am pleased with the seller and would buy from them again.

I've used a lot of different folding paper but this one is by far my favorite. There are a variety of vivid and eye-pleasing colors!! Most sheets have white on one side which is just what I needed. I used this for a college math project and it got me an A!! 10/10 would buy again!!

This origami paper is a good deal, and is okay for some purposes. But it's not high quality and has some draw-backs that make it poorly suited for certain projects.Pros:-Wide variety of colors-Very affordable and available to ship quicklyCons:-Papers are not perfectly square. This is, like, the number one thing origami paper is supposed to do and you got it wrong. None of the sheets were super wonky, but they don't line up cleanly when folded in half or along the diagonal.-About 10% of the papers were of a different weight. These papers were double-sided (not white on one side) and heavier. They did not hold a crease well at all.-The rest of the paper held an okay crease, but wasn't fantastic.

This is an incredible selection of colors at a very fair price. I've been using this paper to make 3D origami, Tesselated origami, and traditional origami, and it's worked great for them all.

I liked it. The double sided paper was a little weird since the color smeared a bit. When you’d fold on the color side and made a tight crease the color would come off the corner and you’d see the white from the other side. It worked for what I needed.

These origami sheets are great. My daughter loves them and we always have to have some on hand for when her creative/crafty streaks arise. I have ordered from this same seller at least 5 times now and have never had any issues.
