I like the flavor and sweetness

The flavor is really strong without being overbearing. A wonderful blend of flavors and the guava smells amazing when it is brewing. I was once a fan of Teavana but they became too expensive, and now I only shop with Tealyra. Their tea's have an amazing flavor for a good price.

I read the instructions in how to prepare, boiling water over a tea infuser, made about 1 quart on the first batch, added 16 ounces of filtered water to dilute just a little, squeezed one Meyer Lemon into the tea and poured over ice. This has to be one of the best tasting ice teas I have ever tasted. I highly recommend it.

So I volunteered to be the first to try this product out and give it a full review. My initial impression was that the tea was mildly fragrant as with most tealyra teas. I chewed a few pieces of the dried fruit and it taste really good, artificial flavor helped of course but I'm not picky. Brewed it at the right temp with the recommended serving size and it the taste is wayyy to light. Almost like water. I gave it another shot, this time adding double the amount of tea; finally I can taste it. With that being said, if you are like me and like strong fruity flavored tea, use double the amount. Not the 2 tsp they recommend. I don't know what Tealyra was thinking. But for the most part, I would have gave with tea 5 stars if it was strong enough. overall, you can taste the guava and apple, probably something else but I cant tell. Go ahead and buy it. I think its worth a shot.

Meh. This tea doesn’t have a particularly tropical favor. It’s very very mildly fruity. You HAVE to use two teaspoons when brewing for it to have even that mild flavor. Must brew with very hot water for about 5 minutes for flavor- standard for an herbal/fruit tea. Probably the first thing I noticed was no detectable lemongrass flavor. I’ve bought many teas with lemongrass over the years and this one has a lot of pieces but they aren’t from the flavorful part of the plant, I guess as their flavor is just not present when you brew it.I doubt I’d get this again but I’ve only had a few cups and SOMETIMES a mild tea can really grow on me. My husband doesn’t like it because it’s not flavorful enough for him.I’m going to try a competitor’s fruit tea to see if I like it better before buying this again.

Liked secure packaging. Wished all types provided possible help these nutrients can offer. I understand promises cant be made but nice if possibilites are there. Tea is flavorful. I was looking especially for guava presence.

I love the sweet aroma of the guava fruit!
