Water tight and locking outlet for marine use
At the Dunkirk Yacht Club we have made this extension cord the mandatory cord for all 115V 15A usage. It plugs into a standard fault protected 3 prong outlet and locks onto whatever electrical device you use on your boat. Our major concern with extension cords is that the female end could drop into the water while plugged in at the dock outlet ... a potentially shocking experience!

Excellent extension cord
Excellent quality. It takes a beating and holds up well. I love the lock feature so that items don’t get unplugged while using them. This cord seems to hold up well in the cold as well.

Faulty locking feature
locking feature broke upon first use. I was really excited to get this extention cord just to become extremely disappointed with it only working as intended for one hour.

Must for marine battery charger
Excellent product. I like the safety of the locking plug. Illumination allows for very quick assessment of the cable is hot.
