I'm thrilled to have discovered this authentic Bilona ghee on Amazon! As someone who values traditional Indian cooking methods, I was impressed by the rich, nutty flavor and aroma of this ghee.The Bilona process involves churning curd to separate the butter, which is then heated to produce ghee. This labor-intensive method ensures that the ghee retains its natural nutrients and flavor.This Bilona ghee has become a staple in my kitchen, and I use it for cooking, baking, and even as a finishing oil for dishes.

The ghee arrived fine and the packaging was neat. We opened the pack and found the ghee to be of good quality. It is winter time and the ghee retains its texture. It is neither solid nor liquid which is an indication of good quality. I don't want to discredit the bad reviews. May be they got a fake product, but the one I got was of really good quality.

Its smell was ugly and it's not like a desi ghee
