Well for starters it isn't clear that it will be just 1 item. Secondly it's suspicious that I brought a pair of wireless phones the day before they were dispatched.. 3 they were still on from the last person who returned them they were not brand new 4. They were dispatched late the courier got them to me by 4 pm yesterday the 22nd but I wasn't given any option for tracking or the fact they had been dispatched 5 there is no earbud size changers another sign it's not brand spanking 6 the item is in yiu massive reduced cost bit so obviously they are not great, they seem to be OK for music but for calls its a different subject altogether with difficulties with reception throughout my first call using it to dropping that call altogether was expecting something newish or if it was refurbished returned then to at least have it all in the box, and be something of better value. Your picture shows some really great pieces like Nintendo or phones ir keep fit watches that connect with your phone not a pair of headphones I brought the day before and it looks like you have viewed my purchase history chosen the last item purchased and gone that'll do but it doesn't I'm going to keep them because your returns is difficult and i can't be arsed

Not worth the money they ask

I waited a month for this product to be delivered and I got a pair of earphones that are not only a third of the price, but they sound like they are made of mashed potatoes, the product desorption states excellent value for money, but I can sit at home and wait for a month for free and it not cost me nearly £10 for the privilege

Look at this as exactly what it is; a gamble.Companies like this rely on you to flip the seconds that someone else thought was rubbish.I paid £15 and received something worth £6, that doesn't even work. Please, don't do it.

I gave ear pods away as mine are better. If Amazon are selling unwanted/returned items, it would be cool to see value for money

Took far to long to deliver. Customer service poor, puts the onus on the customer to track parcel when itis not delivered. Poor value

Product was not ad described seller guaranteed product would be same value or more expensive as price of mystery box well not a box scruffy package . Mystery rubbish received mass produced cheap blue tooth ear phones very disappointing so do not bother it's a scam to get rid of all the crap no one wants

Well waited ages for a MYSTERY BOX ended up getting a rubbish pair of ear buds things found that i can buy this for £3 to £7 and are much better.I would like a refund as miss selling miss leading as a MYSTERY 📦 box
