I got this several years ago after having tried many different fixes for my throat not clearly up (I was always clearing my throat). The docs thought that I had GERD, or something similar, that was causing post nasal drip or otherwise causing buildup in my throat. They suggested that I try this. I've been using it for a couple of years and have had good results with it as effective. I like that it is all natural. It tastes good, is easy to swallow as it is not too thick, and seems to be of good consistent quality. It will form a bead on your finger like toothpaste, just a wee bit more liquidity, so I often take it using my finger as a spoon!!

I was waking up every night in pain from severe reflux. My gastroenterologist recommended this product and said it has helped many of her patients. I was skeptical, but I didn't want to keep trying prescription medications because they just aren't working well for me. I use this before I go to bed. It does seem like it helps with the acid some. The taste is good. It takes me a minute to swallow it because of the thick texture, but that's why it works!

This works very well. Recommended by my Gastro doctor. I've only had to use it a few times, but I use it whenever it feels like I'm going to reflux at night. Designed for those of the younger generations. It's way too sweet. It doesn't need that much sugar. but the good news is it only takes a teaspoon for each application.

I ordered the travel pack because I thought it would help with getting the right portion each time however, I went through that bag in a week based on the instructions. This is a really expensive product for someone having a major flareup. Financial aspect aside, It tastes well, goes down well and I think the product helped. It’s not a miracle product, but I definitely think it is a natural way to get the alginate raft. I wouldnt say that this is more or less effective than other alginate raft products. I did purchase the tube this go round and will use this in certain instances but not as an everyday all day product.

My doctor gave me two samples of this last time I was in her office. One night I ate way too late and of course in a couple of hours I felt the ucky burn. I immediately remember the two packets in my purse. Took one and all was well. I love the packaging because it makes it so easy to use, the convenience to take on a trip, and it was very effective. This will be my go to product to keep on hand. Both flavors are good and in this packaging I don't have to guess about dosage. Great product!

Following paraesophageal hernia repair with gastroplexy I experienced severe acid reflux. I suffered for over two weeks until my internist recommended Reflux Gourmet. It worked immediately! I haven't had any reflux at all since I started taking this, 1 teaspoon after each meal. It has been a miracle for me. I chose the Vanilla Caramel flavor which is tasty but very sweet, so I consider it my dessert. I was hesitant to buy the mint flavor since mint is a big trigger for my reflux. I highly recommend Reflux Gourmet to anyone experiencing reflux.

It is not suitable for me, but I cannot return it. It is expensive, doesn't help me and such a waste of money. The sugar level is so high, it is too sweet! The mint chocolate flavour is awful, the caramel is a bit better. But it is too sweet for those severe GERD/LPR person even to swallow it.

Am unable to take most commercial anti reflux medicines so am delighted to have found Reflux gourmet . No nasty additives or chemicals preservatives etc tastes yummy and most importantly works a treat. Super happy

Not as effective as Gaviscon and also more expensive so I'll be sticking with Gaviscon going forward. It tastes nice though.

Tastes nice. But had no lasting effect on my reflux

I regularly buy this product and it is normally great. However just opened a new tube and the contents looks and tastes a bit different to usual. I am therefore a bit concerned about using this tube. Especially as it is taken by my 5 year old for her ongoing reflux.
