Just chiming in with the other reviewer who said the same thing. My copy was also missing pages, so I returned it.

The Bzaar recipe is not missing in my copy. The only other book that addresses Persian Gulf cooking is Sarah Al-Hamad's Cardamom and Lime. This one is specific to the United Arab Emirates. Mubarak focuses on the dishes popular in Old Dubai. It's cheap for a book of this quality -- images of each dish, clear instructions, and a level of difficulty for each recipe. Recommended.
